Every MACERA table is a custom-made unique piece. After your order, it is produced exactly to your specifications regarding wood type, size, table legs, color, and finish, just for you and your home. For this reason, our products are so-called "custom-made items" which are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Therefore, a return or exchange after order confirmation is generally not possible.

We know that sometimes last-minute changes or uncertainties can arise. That's why at MACERA, as long as your table has not yet gone into production, you can cancel your order or make changes.

Since we plan each order individually and the production process can sometimes start immediately after the final order confirmation – but sometimes only a few days later – we unfortunately cannot guarantee an exact date for the start of production. We therefore recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you have any change requests or other concerns. Our goal is always to find a suitable solution together with you. Customer-friendly, transparent and fair.

However, no changes, cancellations or returns are possible once production has started, as your table is custom-made according to your specifications.

Every MACERA table is manufactured and inspected with the utmost care. Nevertheless, in rare cases, defects or transport damage may occur. In such instances, we naturally stand by our product.

We kindly request that you inspect the table carefully immediately after assembly. Should you discover any defects, please notify us in writing via email within 7 days – ideally with one or two photos for documentation. This will enable us to quickly and easily review your concerns and find a suitable solution together.

After this period, the table will be considered inspected and approved.
