Every MACERA table is made to order. Individually and handcrafted. From the first selected wooden board to delivery to your home, your table goes through six precisely coordinated steps. Each one contributes to making your configuration a true one-of-a-kind.
Wood Selection
We select the wood you have chosen for your configuration from our supplier. High quality and from sustainable forestry, matching in color, structure and character.
Cutting & Preparation
The chosen length and width of your table will be implemented to the exact centimetre. Each board is individually prepared, adapted and cut. A perfect fit for your home.
Surface finishing
Depending on the configuration, your tabletop will be oiled or varnished. Both processes are carried out by hand in several careful steps. This is how your table gets its final surface. Functional, durable, and aesthetically exactly as you imagined it.
Production of the table legs
The table legs are also custom-made. From metal, powder-coated and in the color of your choice. Each frame is processed with the highest precision, inspected, and prepared for assembly.
Final Assembly & Quality Control
Finally, the table top and legs are precisely joined. Every detail is checked, all surfaces are inspected, and your table is carefully prepared for transport. Nothing leaves our manufactory that does not meet our own standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Delivery & assembly at your home
Your table won't simply be shipped. It will be delivered to you personally and professionally assembled on-site. This way, we ensure that your MACERA table arrives exactly where it belongs: At the heart of your home.
